Gyokuro Karigane is crafted from stems and veins of young tea leaves, intertwining to create an incredible bouquet of flavours: sweetness, delicate floral notes, and a subtle hint of jasmine. Fresh, refined, and pleasantly rich.

In the weeks before harvest, farmers carefully shade the bushes, allowing the leaves to enrich with amino acids, imparting a unique character to the tea.
