preparation of usucha

• warm the chawan with hot water
• sift 2g of matcha — approximately 2 chashaku — into the chawan
• add 80ml of water at 70〜80°C
• whisk with a bamboo whisk — chasen — for 30 seconds、moving it in a “w” motion

how does tea affect the body?

matcha 抹茶 — is finely ground tencha leaves — a japanese green tea that、 thanks to shading、 accumulates a high concentration of the natural amino acid l-theanine、 which has scientifically proven positive effects on the body and nervous system。

2g of matcha contain 40〜70mg of theanine and 60〜70mg of caffeine、which together create a state of calm concentration and improve focus。

Дуже легка, делікатна матча, відчувається солодка фруктовість, округлість. Має досить холодний післясмак, спокійний. Помірна солодкість і гірчинка. Дуже сподобалась відповідність матчі і її назви, бо дійсно це доволі філософська матча яка змушує задуматись

Більш солодкий та м’який матча з легкою гірчинкою. У смаку ноти яблука та ніжна, делікатна ванільність. Кислинки немає, профіль рівний, смачний і зрозумілий.
Дуже приємний та універсальний матча, який легко сприймається і думаю сподобається більшості. Залишає відчуття легкості й свіжості, хочеться повертатися до нього знову.
