a family of farmers carries out the entire production cycle: from growing to selling。so you have the opportunity to try a unique tea that will offer you a wide range of flavour emotions and pleasure with every sip。

• warm the chawan with hot water
• sift 2 g of matcha — approximately 2 chashaku — into the chawan
• add 80 ml of water at 70–80°C
• whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) for 30 seconds, moving it in a “w” motion

matcha (抹茶) is finely ground tencha leaves — a Japanese green tea that, благодаря shading before harvest, accumulates a high concentration of the natural amino acid L-theanine, which has scientifically proven positive effects on the body and nervous system.

2 g of matcha contains approximately 40–70 mg of L-theanine and 60–70 mg of caffeine. Together, they create a state of calm alertness and enhanced focus.
