Your supreme gyokuro tea

In the mystical groves of Uji, nestled in Kyoto Prefecture, where time seems to slow its pace, tea emerged that is more exquisite than any the earth had known before.

Devoted to their craft, farmers lovingly shield the future tea from direct sunlight. Cultivated from the rarest varieties of Gokou, Okumidori, and Samidori, the leaves become infused with amino acids that later awaken the mind and bestow tranquillity upon the body.

Gyokuro Supreme is the embodiment of "shoushin" — the relentless Japanese pursuit of perfection. It unfolds with notes of pumpkin seeds, a subtle bitterness reminiscent of freshly mown hay, and the delicate flavour of cherry blossom.

Preparation methods
Cold brew method:
  1. Measure out 3-5g of tea.
  2. Pour 500ml of cold water over the tea.
  3. Let it steep for up to 3 hours.
Hot brew method:
  1. Measure out 2g of tea.
  2. Pour 150ml of water at 50-70°C over the tea.
  3. Let it steep for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Drink slowly, savouring each sip.
  5. You can steep it multiple times. 🙂
