How to whisk matcha into perfect foam?
  1. Add 2g of matcha in a wide bowl, and pour in 60-80ml of water.
  2. Rinse the whisk with hot water.
  3. Submerge the whisk into the bowl and make several downward motions along the bottom to lift the matcha to the surface.
  4. Now, quickly draw the letter "W" on the surface.
  5. Faster
  6. Even faster
  7. Lift the whisk slightly, slowing down the movements.
  8. Continue drawing the "W", but now do it slowly and only on the surface of the foam.
  9. Done!
